Love is Patient Love is Kind.

Hello Blog Readers!


We have been busy as usual here at home. Never a boring moment; especially when we have little children around. You know, like when you are doing something and you hear your little brother getting angry at someone for stealing his toys! Or when someone makes a desperate effort to comfort the baby and he keeps screaming and you just about LOSE YOUR HEAD!!

(not literally of course!)

Well some days can be different if you make them to be. Just follow that simple verse in the Bible that says Love is patient, love is kind,...... If the baby is screaming talk softly and give him a few cheerios or when the little brother is screaming at somebody for taking something from him..... well..... get mom! It's useless trying to get a 4 year old to stop screaming!

I have a hard time with the one part in that verse that says"Love is patient." It is pretty hard to be patient. When you have to wait for something to happen, or when you brother and sister are putting up a fight over something so silly! You can REaLlY get impatient then! And of course I do have a hard time with being kind, I have to admit! Your sister took something of yours without asking . (Which I get really irritated.) Or you asked somebody to do something like cleaning up the playroom and you get back from doing whatever you were doing and you see that they did not do what they were supposed to do. You do get mad then!

But nevertheless I love my siblings and I try to be kind it just gets a little difficult sometimes! I have a hard time being loving and kind, patient too. But it's no excuse to be ugly!
